The project developer, has completed all Development approvals and site commencement has started.
The project is being refinanced and EDFA project investors are due to be repaid capital and dividends FY26.

Located on the corner of Pine and Archerfield Road, Richlands, QLD 4077.
The project titled The Health Common Richlands will provide a much needed solution to the shortage of residential care facilities namely - Respite, Key Worker and Specialist Disability Accommodation within the Richlands and surrounding areas.
