Focus on Bio-Energy

Australia has a unique opportunity to become a leader in the biofuel industry, with the International Energy Agency (IEA) identifying biofuel as a key element to decarbonisation of the transport industry.

Global annual biofuel production is projected to increase tenfold by 2060. The volume being produced in Australia sits well below its average, with a necessary increase by around 40 times to contributes its share.

Renewable gas fuel is produced completely by organic waste, creating fuel for natural gas transport with an estimated 70% lower emissions from gasoline or diesel run vehicles.

Focus on Key Worker and Disability Housing

There is an overwhelming need for affordable and specialist disability housing. $400 billion worth in affordable and more than 28,000 people living with a disability in need.

There are currently hundreds of data centres throughout Australia, with the majority in Sydney. The demand for data centres is anticipated to double by 2027.

In Australia, 95% of our data centres are old, small-scale operations averaging over 20 years old and inefficiently designed. This has created an opportunity for a carbon-negative alternative.
