Key Fact 001

Australia has an ageing population. As the healthcare system becomes more strained, the need for medical and allied health services increases.

We’re monitoring evolving markets and working with providers to fund the construction of multi-million dollar medical precincts which address this significant future need, today.

Key Fact 002

The International Energy Agency (IEA) identifies biofuel as a major player in the decarbonisation of the transport sector.

The IEA projects global annual biofuel production will increase tenfold to 840 gigalitres by 2060. As a proportion of all fuel, the amount of biofuel currently produced in Australia sits below the global average.

For the nation to contribute its share of the projected global average in 2060, it needs to increase its biofuel production by a factor of 40 to approximately 20 gigalitres per year.

Renewable natural gas fuel, or biomethane, is produced entirely from organic waste.  As a fuel for natural gas vehicle fleets, including heavy-duty trucks, it is estimated to result in 70 percent lower greenhouse gas emissions than from equivalent gasoline or diesel fueled vehicles.

Key Fact 003

Practically every business and government entity builds and maintains its own data center or has access to someone else's, if not both models.

There are currently 256 Data Centres throughout Australia, the majority of them being located in Sydney, with the demand expected to double by 2027. 95% of data centres are old, small-scale operations. The average Australian data centre is now over 20 years old and many are inefficiently designed.

This presents an opportunity to implement a carbon negative, low energy cost solution.

The Global Data Centre Market was valued US$14.9 billion in 2017 and is expected to reach US$34.7 billion by 2025 at Compound Annual Growth Rate of 11.1% during the forecast period of 2018-2025.

Key Fact 004

Australia will need over 1 million more social, affordable homes by 2036 to meet the needs of those without adequate housing.

We’re working with community housing providers, Commonwealth institutions and not-for-profits to help fund housing in locations that will benefit Australians within the affordable housing program.

Key Fact 005

There are more than 28,000 Australians living with a disability, needing appropriate accommodation.

We’re investing in Specialist Disability Accommodation which, under the NDIS, aims to alleviate some of the wait times for individuals and families urgently needing adapted living.
